ABC 21 Hamburg

"ABC 21", constructed in 2009 at the crossing of the ABC-Street and Fuhlentwiete, a prominent location in Hamburg, offers a gross floor area of approx. 11.700 sqm and accomodates salesrooms and restaurants in the ground floor, as well as offices in the upper floors.

The client, the Hochtief Projektentwicklung Hamburg, as well as the Hanseatic City of Hamburg hosted a competition in 2005 to determine the development of the property. PLAN2 was able to win this competition.
