This outstanding internationally assigned competition was set up by the Agence Publique pour l`Immobilier de la Justice, Paris-France (APIJ)
PLAN2 was able to win the competition unanimously in December 2011.

With a grand gesture, the new Palais de Justice opens onto Avenue Alsace Lorraine towards the city center.
