Laimer Würfel Munich

The Laimer Würfel's client is the Hochtief Projektentwicklung München, a company that had pursued the development of the formerly desolate property since the year of 2000, not only in economically good times, but also in times of financial straits. Their goal was achieved in 2007 with the end of construction.

PLAN2 qualified for the assignment by winning 2nd prize in the urban planning competition "Central Railway Areas".
