Engeneering Centre Munich

The office building with laboratories at Max-Diamand-Str. in Munich is situated in the business park of Milbertshofen. PLan2 provided phases 5 and 6 HOAI for the general contractor Baresel on this project with 5053m2 gross floor area. The prominent tenant BMW was in need of additional space to develop elecric cars which is the reason for the laboratories on ground floor instead of garages.
