Multi family residential Metzstr. Munich

The landmarked multi family residential Metzstraße 20 is located in the Munich district of Haidhausen.
In 2001, the company Euroboden comissioned PLAN2 to incorporate modern and high-quality apartments into the existent structure, a five-storey front building and a back building.
The facade of the front building was interpreted with new stylistic elements, yet in a historical context.
