Prison Sarajevo BiH

A new state prison for war criminals and organised crime has been developed close to Sarajevo.

PLAN2 has designed a very compact and functional facility for 300 prisoners and 50 remand prisoners on a very tight plot. Following the current „EU-Prison-Standards“ it is constructed as a low-energy-building.The planning for approval and the construction phase will be pursued by the Ministry for Justice from the state of Bosnia-Herzegowina as well as local practices
